Return Policy
In the unlikely event you are not completely in love with your new purchase we will do everything we can to resolve this. We are committed to ensuring everyone who purchases a pair of Different Glasses is proud to be wearing them!
We offer a comprehensive exchange service if another Different Glasses pair has caught your eye; simply e-mail us at customerservices@differentglasses.co.uk within 14 days of your order where a member of our team will efficiently resolve this for you.
In the rarer situation we are not able to find a suitable resolution we offer a 14-day refund policy providing the following conditions are met:
- The glasses you return to us need to reach us in the same condition in which you received them with their original packaging and accessories.
- The glasses we receive must be free of any wear signs and damage. The packaging and accessories must also be free of any damage.
- We must receive your returned glasses no later than 30 days after your order dispatch date.
Order faults:
We do our utmost to ensure every pair of Different Glasses shipped to our amazing customers is fault free. In the unfortunate event you do receive your Different Glasses with a fault please do not hesitate to contact us on orders@differentglasses.co.uk within 7 days of your order dispatch date. A member of our team will resolve this as a matter of priority.
